Projects costs are based on need and scope. A rough non-binding guesstimate can be prepared after an initial conversation.

The Bottom Line

Once the planning meeting locks in complexity, page count, image population counts, deadlines and actuals/T&M costs; a final price can be established. That price will include all creative services needed to produce the site and successful loading and testing. We will meet that price with the exception of change orders.

Travel. There needs to be at least one face-to-face meeting for planning and possible resource gathering. The web is a great collaborative medium, so follow-up meetings can be minimized by using conference calls while we watch changes on-screen.

The Not-so Fine Print

We guarantee that you will be pleased with the site or we will keep working until we get it the way you want it. However, requests for production outside of the scope of the original planning meeting (change orders) will be charged at a rate equivalent to the full production rate per page with rush adjustments as needed. Yes, you can change your mind as often as you want. You just have to be willing to pay for it.

-- If you do not have a master or interpretive plan, we would be happy to recommend sources for these services. While we can produce a site without such plans in place, it is our opinion that it will lead to the project becoming a "starter" site that you will probably reevaluate and replace earlier than expected. It also may miss some key points that must be integrated into the structure later at additional cost.
